The Agave 'Mangave Bloodspot' is believed to be a hybrid of the Agave macroacantha and the Agave Manfreda maculosa. It forms non-suckering rosettes approximately 12 inches tall and 15 inches wide.
This Agave's leaves are approximately 1 inch wide and 8 inches tall. The leaves are gray-green with small teeth along the margins. The leaves are edged with maroon and are speckled with maroon, securing "Bloodspot" as a part of its name.
