Variegated hybrid of a succulent tree from Southern India with branches in whorls, the stems weak, 5-angled and light green, later cylindric and gray and with weak spines, leathery-fleshy obovate ligh green glossy leaves, deciduous in autumn; brick red flowers in axils.
