Opuntia discolor
Description:
A semi-prostrate plant with very dark green joints, almost cylindrical in shape. It has dark brown areoles with brown glochids. There are usually two or three grayish-brown spines. Flowers are bright yellow and bloom in day in spring through summer. Some rose color sometimes melts into the yellow.
